Here's the deal. I played hockey for about 10 years. I stopped when I was 16 and I'm 25 now. I just found out the college I transfered to in Connecticut has a hockey team. I really have the itch to get back and try out for next season. I'm going to be a senior next year and this might be my last chance to ever play, so I want to take advantage.

I'm looking for some recommendations on getting into hockey shape. There is a summer skate at the end of July the team holds...

my first hockey autograph was when i was in 5th grade. we had something goin on for 5th-8th grade...n a devils player came to talk to us...he said can anyone who's not a devil's fan help i said me... n i had to wear his jersey...... then i got an autograph, a picture, n his (BIG) jersey...

i strained my groin on tuesday on my very last shift. i believe i over stretched before the game. it only hurt when i would push off on my left leg, and when the game was over there really wasnt much pain when walking, sitting, or doing anything normal. two days later i figured i was ready to play again since i had no pain. however as soon as i hit the ice it was back. i played through it but probably shouldnt have. now its slightly worse. still doesnt effect normal daily activities such...

I wonder if Hugh has it in him to take another step up with his game. If he could put up 30-40 at the AHL this season, he might be an NHL player yet. Sometimes guys that size take a long, long, time to get it.
